Melodie Migault has just received the 1st prize in the field of life sciences awarded by the University of Rennes 1 Foundation for her work on cancer carried out within the "GEO" team of Marie-Dominique GALIBERT.
"Of course, I am very proud and honored to receive this award from the University of Rennes 1 Foundation," says Mélodie Migault.
This young woman of 27 years, PhD student in molecular biology at the Institute of Genetics and Development of Rennes (IGDR, mixed laboratory CNRS and Rennes 1), was awarded the first prize of the foundation of the University of Rennes 1 in the field of life sciences.
«These thesis prizes are intended to highlight the work of young researchers at the University of Rennes to socio-economic actors, says the university. The innovative nature of research and the potential for technology transfer were particularly emphasized.»
