In a few words

In 2015, I realized a research training for my Master in transcriptomics where I studied enhancers and transcription factor binding sites, at the European Bioinformatics Institute in England.

Since October 2015, I am a PhD student in bioinformatics in Catherine André’s "Dog Genetic" team. My PhD subject is the following: Genetic analyses of the dog’s natural patterns of melanomas as non-dependent pathways of human melanoma.

The aim of this project is to use bioinformatics tools to identify somatic mutations, genes, loci, pathways involved in the development and progression of melanoma expression. I will realize the comparative analysis of gene expression profiles between tumor conditions and controls, as well as genetic analysis and detection of tumor types and subtypes. Finally, I will develop a method for molecular classification.
As part of my PhD, I had the opportunity to teach Molecular Biology in license.

  • Master in BioInformatics and Genomics (2013-2015)
  • Bachelor in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (2011-2013)
  • Technical Degree in Biology (2009-2011)
