The genome is used to build complex organisms made of various tissues and cell types, each harbouring unique properties depending on specific gene activities. Within the nucleus, the genome is organized as chromatin, a fiber made of DNA and proteins. We develop a multi-scale approach to analyse the spatio-temporal dynamics of the chromatin architecture in relation with the control of gene activity.
