Equipe "Tubulin and Interacting Proteins"

L'équipe TIPs, dirigée par Denis Chrétien, étudie les relations structure-fonction d'un composant essentiel des cellules eucaryotes : les microtubules. Ces fibres de 25 nm de diamètre interviennent dans de nombreux processus tels que la motilité des cellules, le transport intracellulaire, la compartimentation du cytoplasme ou encore la ségrégation des chromosomes lors de la division cellulaire.
