Thémes de Recherche :
Etude des Propriétés structurales, mécaniques et dynamiques des macromolécules d’intérêt biologique en particulier l’ARNtm, le ribosome et la dystrophine.
Etude des mécanismes régissant l’assemblage et la reconnaissance entre macromolécules (protéine, ARN, ADN), en combinant la microscopie électronique et la simulation numérique.
